I have used Nightix mouth tape for at least 6 months, and like it. If you really need to breathe through it, you can, but otherwise it does it's job of keeping you from mouth breathing. Easy to apply, comfortable, easy to take off. Has enough adhesive that, if you need to remove it once, it will restick.
